Niggins, the brother of Higgins

Niggins is not black, he is night. His mother was night and his father was a hooker, he was born in his late 50's and is perpetually angry, he holds a grudge against Higgins and often challenges him to dick sucking challenges to "See who's white" he also attempts to kill him every week. It is not known what started this rivalry but many suspect it has something to do with a druged out Higgins' attempting to rape him in his sleep.

6 years after Higgins' left Tony Richards' estate, Niggins temporarily abandoned his quest to kill Higgins and decided to act as a shamen of sorts to a local Klu Klux Klan that makes their home in the forest surrounding the manor, however, for the first several months of trying to court the KKK proved to be very difficult due to his appearance as an elderly black butler they eventaully warmed up to him after he lead a band of mentally disabled black people to their camp and killed them in front of the Klan. After a year of acting as spiritual advisor to the grand dragon, most of the lower ranked klan members got fed up by taking orders from "a darky" and revolted against both the grand dragon and Niggins, in the insuing battle, Niggins tried to escape but since he can only run slower than a crippled turtle, he was quickly shot in the back with a crossbow and killed him.
Many years later he returned to earth as a ghost and tormented Higgins.
